Its really irony to be told most of the countries in Europe need a bail out.The emerging economies of Brazil ,Russia ,India ,China and south Africa are discussing possible aid to Europe hoping it will ease the global crisis.
this is happening as many analysts are concerned that Italy could be next Eurozone to fall with it enormous debt which stands at 120percent of GDP
